Deadlock Sensitivity Calculator & Converter
Deadlock is Valve's Source 2 hero shooter, and its scale of 0.044 degrees per count is exactly twice the CS2 yaw. That makes the conversion easy: halve your CS2 sensitivity, so CS2 at 2 becomes 1 in Deadlock. The calculator converts your base mouse sensitivity. Worked example: 1 at 800 DPI equals 26.0 cm/360, the same as CS2 2 or Valorant 0.63. At 1.2 the turn shortens to 21.6 cm/360 at the same DPI.

Deadlock Sensitivity Reference Table
Values calculated with the Deadlock yaw (0.044). Each row shows how many centimetres you need to move your mouse for a 360° turn at that sensitivity at 400, 800 and 1600 DPI, and the sensitivity that gives the same turn in other games at the same DPI.
| Deadlock sens | cm/360 at 400 DPI | cm/360 at 800 DPI | cm/360 at 1600 DPI | CS2 equivalent | Valorant equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.5 | 103.9 | 52.0 | 26.0 | 1 | 0.314 |
| 1 | 52.0 | 26.0 | 13.0 | 2 | 0.629 |
| 1.5 | 34.6 | 17.3 | 8.7 | 3 | 0.943 |
| 2 | 26.0 | 13.0 | 6.5 | 4 | 1.257 |
| 2.5 | 20.8 | 10.4 | 5.2 | 5 | 1.571 |
Formula: cm/360 = 914.4 / (DPI × degrees per mouse count); in games with a linear scale, degrees per count = sensitivity × yaw. Equivalents match cm/360 and do not account for FOV or aim-down-sights multipliers.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert CS2 sensitivity to Deadlock?
Halve it. Deadlock uses 0.044 degrees per count on Source 2, exactly twice the CS2 scale of 0.022. CS2 at 2 becomes 1 in Deadlock, and 1.5 becomes 0.75. Apex Legends shares the CS2 scale, so the same rule applies. Keep the same DPI and the turn is identical.
How do I convert Valorant sensitivity to Deadlock?
Multiply by 0.07 and divide by 0.044, about 1.59. Valorant 0.5 becomes 0.795 in Deadlock, and 0.4 becomes 0.636. In reverse, Deadlock 1 equals Valorant 0.629. Keep the same DPI and your cm/360 is unchanged, so the muscle memory you built for the turn distance carries over.
What is the cm/360 of sensitivity 1 in Deadlock?
cm/360 = 914.4 ÷ (DPI × sensitivity × 0.044). At 800 DPI, sensitivity 1 gives 26.0 cm/360, the same as CS2 at 2. Raising it to 1.2 shortens the turn to 21.6 cm/360. Doubling the DPI always halves the distance.
What does the conversion not cover in Deadlock?
The calculator converts the base mouse sensitivity only. Zoom or aiming behaviour of specific heroes and weapons is not included, and field of view changes how fast turning looks on screen. Deadlock is still being updated by Valve, so if a patch changes the input scale, the 0.044 reference would need rechecking.
Deadlock Technical Data
The yaw value is the angle in degrees the camera turns for each unit of mouse movement. It is the constant that makes sensitivity conversion possible: two games sharing a yaw share a scale, so the number carries over unchanged. When the yaw differs, the conversion multiplies by the ratio between them.
